Hi, I am Hifsa, a 4th year International Development student at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Canada. As part of my bachelor's degree, I am completing my 8-month placement in Kathmandu, Nepal as a Marketing Promotion Intern with Organic World and Fair future (OWF). Along with the many things, I expect this experience will teach me to develop a more global mindset, grow as an individual, and understand international environmental challenges, how they affect the community, and what role I could play in their alleviation.
The Volunteers’ Blog is a space open to all volunteers engaging in international cooperation. It is a space for volunteers to share their experiences supporting community and country development accross the globe. Through this initiative, CECI invite you to discover the stories of volunteers all over the world!
